Do I need prior lifting experience?

No. Many of our clients begin with no prior strength training experience. Every session is fully coached. Technique, breathing, balance, and body positioning are taught step-by-step. The weight starts where you are and progresses gradually.  

Is barbell training safe for adults over 50?

 Yes — when properly coached, barbell training is safe and appropriate for adults over 50. It helps prevent muscle loss, improve bone density, and maintain independence.  You'll be coached every step of the way.
