Most clients train two to three times per week. This provides enough stimulus for progress while allowing proper recovery. Your schedule and recovery are always taken into account.
We primarily coach four main barbell lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Overhead Press. These lifts are chosen because they directly match everyday human movement and allow for safe, progressive strength gains.
Most gyms charge $85–$125 per personal training session, often on top of a monthly membership fee. At Woodbury Barbell, you can work with a coach twice per week for $49 per session, with no additional membership fee. A third weekly session can be added for only $20.
